Our friendly ActiLingua Apartment Residence is located in
a recently renovated Art Nouveau building close to the city
centre of Vienna, the European metropolis of art and culture.
18 well-furnished and modern apartments offer a home away
from home. You can reach the school and city centre in 10-15
minutes by public transport. |

The Apartments
2 apartment categories are available:
Standard Apartments:
You live in a single or twin room with other ActiLingua students
in an apartment (60-75 m2) with Sat TV, radio, free WLAN/WI-FI.
Shared use of kitchen, bathroom and toilet.
Service: Rooms are cleaned twice weekly. Bed linen
is provided; please bring your own towels.
Superior Apartments:
Single or twin room in an apartment (30-40 m2) for single use with
Sat TV, radio, free WLAN/WI-FI and your own bathroom and toilet.
Service: Rooms are cleaned Monday through Friday.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
All apartments are non-smoking.
Kitchen & Meals
The apartments feature a kitchen fully equipped
with fridge, cooking facilities, crockery and cutlery, perfect
for preparing your own food in a private atmosphere.
You can also book breakfast or halfboard. Our breakfast
buffet features freshly-baked rolls, croissants, bacon,
cheese, fruits, yoghurt and muesli.
If you opt for halfboard, lunch or dinner is available
in a nice restaurant close to the school.
Location
The next tube station (U3 "Zippererstraße")
lies within 5 minutes walking distance. From there
it takes
10 minutes to reach the city (“Stephansplatz”).
Major sights close to the ActiLingua Residence
include the baroque masterpiece Belvedere Palace
with its
spacious Botanical Gardens, Hundertwasser House
and the very popular Vienna Gasometer complex with
its
restaurants, shops, a supermarket, cinema, gym, private apartments,
concert hall and a municipal archive.
Many other attractions as well as the world’s famous Giant
Ferris Wheel are waiting for your visit in Vienna’s
Prater which you can reach within 30 minutes by public
means of transport.

Underground station and tramway station are within 5 minutes walking
distance.
Arrival / Departure
Participants of ActiLingua’s German courses usually arrive on Sunday
and depart on Saturday. Other dates for
arrival are possible upon request.
Check-In: 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Please let us know
in advance if you want to arrive at another time.
Check-Out: until 11 a.m.
